Ketchum Directory Advertising was honored at the 2009 Yellow Pages Association (YPA) Conference and Exhibition, held April 26-28 in San Diego, California, garnering three prestigious Industry Excellence Awards in the CMR (Certified Marketing Representative) classification. Presented each year by the Yellow Pages Association, the Industry Excellence Awards recognize outstanding marketing strategies in several significant categories.
A Gold Industry Excellence Awards was presented to Ketchum in the “Community Service” category for City Union Mission. In the “National Advertiser Success Story – Print Product” category, Ketchum was acknowledged with a Silver Industry Excellence Award for their effective use of print Yellow Pages for DIRECTV. Ketchum was further honored with a Bronze Industry Excellence Award in the “Process Innovation” category for its Fastsigns Internet Yellow Pages Solicitation Solution.
