ConsumerSearch.com has been ranked among TIME.com’s 50 Best Web sites of 2009. According to TIME.com, the annual list consists of Web sites that help make online life more efficient and fun.
ConsumerSearch.com, a business unit of the About Group, is a Web site that collects the best editorial and user-generated product reviews, analyzes their picks and recommends what to buy in over 300 product categories, from MP3 players to snow blowers.
TIME.com spotlighted ConsumerSearch.com by saying, “There’s no shortage of opinions on the Web — in fact, there’s a terrible surplus. ConsumerSearch does the best job of organizing and cataloging all those voices. It’s not a product-review site per se but a curated roundup of the most qualified reviewers — with a summary of the consensus opinion and links in case you want to dig deeper.”
ConsumerSearch.com recently launched a new Cell Phone Reviews section (http://www.consumersearch.com/cell-phones), in an effort to simplify the purchasing process for mobile phones. The section contains reviews for over 200 phones from 18 different wireless carriers and 23 different manufacturers.
