Auckland: Draftfcb has once again been named New Zealand’s Media Agency of the Year, this time at the annual and high-profile Fairfax Media/AdMedia Agency of the Year Awards announced in Auckland this week. Bryan Crawford, CEO of Draftfcb New Zealand (pictured), was named runner up in the Best CEO category, a title he won last year.
Commenting on the agency’s performance, the judges said, “Draftfcb turned in a stunning performance in a hard market"
In addition to the Media Agency of the Year and CEO awards, Draftfcb was named runner up in the direct and interactive category and one of the agency’s young stars, Sonja Corbett, was named runner up in the Rookie Suit of the Year.
Bryan Crawford said: “These awards reflect our continuing performance in the market in staff retention and development, revenue and profit growth, creative excellence and new business performance, which is the ultimate test of an agency’s relevance and attractiveness to clients".
