Pedro Cruz has been named the chief operating officer of Giovanni+Draftfcb in Brazil, effective immediately. He succeeds Aurelio Lopes, who for the past three years has served as regional president for Draftfcb Latin America and president and COO of Giovanni+Draftfcb.
